Week 2 of the NFL was eventful in a couple of ways: unexpected victories and unexpected injuries.
Victories to talk about:
The Atlanta Falcons barely beat the Philadelphia Eagles after Saquon Barkley (Eagles running back) dropped a crucial pass that led the Falcons to their victory
For the second week, the New Orleans Saints beat their opponent by double digits
The Arizona Cardinals shockingly beat the Los Angeles Rams by 31 points.
Injuries to discuss:
Tua Tagovailoa (Dolphins) was added to the injury reserve list this week following his 4th concussion in 2 years during the Dolphins and Bills game on Thursday, September 12th
Cooper Kupp (Rams) has been ruled out indefinitely with an ankle injury that occurred during his game against the Cardinals on Sunday, September 15th
David Bell (Browns) has been ruled out the remainder of the season after dislocating his hip, requiring surgery, during his game on Sunday, September 15th
Deebo Samuel (49ers) suffered a calf injury during his game on Sunday, September 15th. Per 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan he could be out “a couple of weeks”
